Vehicles are rapidly evolving into software-defined platforms, where electronics, connectivity, and software play a central role in performance, reliability, and user experience.

At Yellow Matrix, we work with EV and automotive companies to build the embedded electronics and connected infrastructure that enable this shift.

Our focus is on delivering cybersecure over-the-air (OTA) update capabilities across multiple ECUs, allowing vehicle software to evolve continuously after deployment while maintaining security and reliability.

Alongside SDV capabilities, we support OEMs and automotive suppliers with development across the electronics stack, including:

• Telematics control unit (TCU) and connected hardware development
• UDS diagnostics and ECU communication over CAN
• Automotive motor controller development
• Vehicle data acquisition and cloud integration platforms
• Embedded firmware and ECU software development

By combining automotive-grade electronics, embedded software, and cloud platforms, we help OEMs reduce warranty issues, accelerate feature updates, and build scalable connected vehicle ecosystems.

Our mission is to help automotive companies localize critical electronic subsystems and build globally competitive vehicle technology platforms.
