Kirk Pennings

Kirk Pennings is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and construction. As President of Yellow Tree since May 2017, Kirk focuses on creating and developing functional products, programs, and teams. Prior roles include Sr. Project Manager at Welsh & Colliers MSP, and Manager of the Exterior Special Project Team at Target, where Kirk successfully managed a $40M annual budget and executed over 250 projects on time and within budget. Kirk's career began at The Opus Group as an Associate Project Manager, following a field operations internship at BOR-SON Construction. Academic credentials include a Master's in Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
