Joseph Tracy

Joseph Tracy has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Joseph has worked as a Maker Space Lead and Technology Integration Specialist at Yellow Wood Academy, where they played a key role in maintaining equipment, managing budgets, and redesigning curricula. Joseph also worked as a Financial Data Analyst and Statistics Consultant at Darling Farm Pork & Lamb, conducting cost/benefit analyses and utilizing large datasets to analyze potential impacts on inventory and profitability. Joseph served as a DCI Magic the Gathering Certified Level 1 Judge at Hasbro, handling complex rule questions, arbitration, and customer service. Joseph also worked as an Executive Consultant in Global Development and Education Specialist at Resource Concepts, where they conducted research, built partnerships, and prepared presentations for the marketing group. Joseph has experience as a Mathematics Instructor and Tutor at Trident Technical College, and as an Adjunct Faculty-Math Instructor at The Art Institute of Charleston, where they utilized diverse teaching methods and integrated technology to enhance student engagement. Joseph has also interned as a Math Development Intern at Hawkes Learning Systems, where they collaborated with a team to develop mathematics software and contributed to the enhancement of math textbooks. Joseph Tracy has a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Mathematics from Coastal Carolina University, which they obtained between 2004 and 2009. Joseph then continued their education at the College of Charleston, where they obtained a Graduate Certificate in Statistics and a Master of Science (MS) degree in Mathematics between 2010 and 2012. In 2012, Joseph also obtained the College Reading and Learning Association Tutor Certification from CRLA- Under The College of Charleston.
