John McNair

John McNair has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. John started their career as a Team Leader at Whole Foods Market from April 2004 to October 2008. John then worked as an ICT Technician at Rednock School from June 2009 to April 2012. After that, they joined Renishaw as a Senior Support Technician (Infrastructure Engineer) and worked there from April 2012 to April 2019. During their time at Renishaw, they gained experience in providing infrastructure support and technical assistance. John then joined YellowDog in April 2019 as a Systems Engineer and later moved to the role of Platform Engineer from January 2021. At YellowDog, they worked on developing scalable infrastructure solutions, employing infrastructure as code and software development toolsets. Their primary focus at YellowDog was to help organizations effectively manage their cloud workloads and improve project delivery.

John McNair attended The Open University from 2009 to 2017, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computing and Information Technology. Throughout their education at The Open University, John focused on the field of study of Computing and ICT.
