Benoit Courtade has extensive experience in digital marketing and e-commerce. Benoit started their career at Aeroports de Paris as a Consultant Direction Maîtrise d'Ouvrage. Benoit then worked at L'Oréal, where they held several positions including Website Replatforming Project Manager, Traffic and Acquisition Manager at Club des Créateurs de Beauté, E-commerce Manager at Club des Créateurs de Beauté, and International Head of E-commerce Marketing at The Body Shop.

Benoit later joined YellowKorner as the Head of Digital Marketing, and then became the Chief Digital Officer (CDO). In this role, they led the online sales development and digital transformation across 40 countries, as well as the launch of a new brand called Zeinberg. Benoit was responsible for ecommerce activities, performance marketing, CRM, social media, customer service, and omnichannel activities. Under their leadership, online sales significantly increased, reaching 30% of the total turnover.

Benoit Courtade completed their education history with a Master of Science degree in Management de grands projets from HEC Paris in 2008-2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Engineering in Electronic Embedded Systems from ESIEE Paris from 2003 to 2008. Additionally, they studied Engineering at Harvey Mudd College from 2006 to 2007.
