Tess Fahlgren

Tess Fahlgren is an experienced educational program administrator and instructor currently working at the Yellowstone Art Museum, where development and execution of educational programming for the "Companion Species" exhibit is taking place. Fahlgren also serves as a long-term substitute teacher for k-12 art and high school family consumer science and personal finance at the NASHUA K-12 SCHOOL DISTRICT. In addition, Fahlgren is set to teach an 8-week creative nonfiction course for Writers.com. Previous roles include graduate student instructor at the University of Minnesota, co-director of the Montana Book Festival, teaching artist at Art Mobile Of Montana, and art and creative writing teacher in the Nashua School District. Fahlgren holds a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Montana.
