Lars Roosjen

Lars Roosjen is an IT trainee at Calco since July 2022, with a diverse background in IT resource management and recruitment. Prior to this role, Lars served as Resource Lead IT at The Virtual Heroes and Resource Manager IT at SLTN Inter Access, overseeing external IT staffing processes. Lars has extensive experience in recruitment from positions at YoungCapital as a Senior Recruitment Consultant and Recruitment Consultant, specializing in the hiring of technical IT profiles and marketing managers. Earlier experience includes a role as a Research Analyst for the Gemeente Amsterdam, focusing on psychological analyses to reduce recidivism, and various recruitment and sales positions, including a call center role at Teleperformance. Lars holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from Saxion University of Applied Sciences and also studied at the University of Amsterdam.
