Aziz Fataliyev

Aziz Fataliyev, CIA, is an accomplished professional in the field of internal auditing and consulting. Currently, Aziz serves as an Independent Consultant at IIA Quality Services LLC and holds the position of IAD Director at Yelo Bank since November 2020. Aziz has been actively involved with the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) Azerbaijan since September 2018, where responsibilities include acting as Chairman Of The Board and President, overseeing the enforcement of bylaws and consulting with the Board on Chapter activities. Additionally, Aziz works as an Expert with ABTC, delivering training on Internal Control Systems and Internal Auditing. Previous experience includes notable roles at Bank Respublika OJSC as Deputy Director of the Internal Audit Department and at AccessBank Azerbaijan as a Senior Internal Auditor. Aziz holds a Bachelor's degree in Foodstuff Commodities from Azerbaijan State Economic University, earned from 1998 to 2002.
