Balahasan Abdullazade

Balahasan Abdullazade is an experienced finance professional currently working as a MIS and Budgeting Senior Specialist at Yelo Bank.

With over 5 years of experience in the finance and FinTech industry, Balahasan has built a strong foundation in management reporting, budgeting, and performance analysis. Prior to joining Yelo Bank, he worked as the Finance Manager at Payriff OJSC for three years, where he played a key role in financial planning, cost control, and internal reporting systems. Before that, he served for five years as a Leading Finance Specialist at Mpay OJSC, where he was involved in budgeting processes, revenue forecasting, and cross-functional financial coordination.

Balahasan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the International School of Economics at UNEC, where he developed a deep understanding of macroeconomic analysis and business fundamentals. He later completed his Master’s degree in International Management at Ca' Foscari University of Venice, Italy, where he focused on global financial strategies, innovation in management, and corporate finance in international contexts.

Throughout his career, Balahasan has combined strong technical skills—especially in Excel modeling, BI tools, and data visualization—with strategic financial thinking to support business growth and executive decision-making.

He is particularly passionate about financial digitalization, agile management models such as the tribe structure, and continuously seeks ways to optimize internal reporting systems and budgeting frameworks.
