Donita M. is an accomplished Product Design Lead at Yelp since January 2023, focusing on UX strategy and collaboration with various design teams to enhance product experiences. Previously, Donita held leadership roles at AT&T from 2019 to 2022, managing UX product teams and driving significant cost reductions through innovative design solutions. With a comprehensive background in design and development, Donita has contributed to various projects, including mentoring emerging designers, conducting research, and promoting accessibility. A strong advocate for community engagement, Donita has also served as a Design and Development Community Manager at Tech Stack'd and instructed UX design at Girl Develop It.
