Jared Menke

Jared Menke is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in engineering leadership across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Sr Director of Engineering at Yelp since May 2023, Jared previously held key positions at Wayfair from October 2019 to March 2023, including Head of Engineering for Core Funnel & eCommerce Platform and Search and Browse. At Wayfair, Jared oversaw a team of 120 engineers, driving user experience initiatives and replatforming strategies for a customer base of 31 million. Prior to Wayfair, Jared worked at UKG from 2013 to October 2019 as Director of Engineering, managing the development of workforce management products and leading numerous teams across various countries. Jared's career began at PDSI and Mercury Insurance, where leadership roles focused on software engineering and system architecture. Jared holds degrees from the University of California, Davis, and the University of California, Irvine - The Paul Merage School of Business.
