Thomas van Winckel

Thomas Van Winckel is a seasoned professional in business development with extensive experience in the advertising and consumer electronics industries. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Business Development at Yelp since July 2018, Thomas leads significant advertising partnerships and listing management initiatives. Prior experience includes roles at Katz Digital as a Board Member, and at AdsWizz, where Thomas held the position of Chief of Staff and led the largest online audio ad marketplace in North America prior to its acquisition by Pandora Media for $145 million. Additional experiences include a participant role in the Prince Albert Fund and a sales and marketing management position at Philips. Thomas holds a Master's degree in General Management from Vlerick Business School, a Master's in Development Economics from Ghent University, and a Bachelor's and Master's in Economics from KU Leuven, complemented by a Bachelor's in Economics from the University of Valencia.
