Roxanne Janiczek

Roxanne Janiczek is Yembo’s Director of People Ops! In her role, she prioritizes the team’s growth and development, and makes sure everyone gets the support they need to succeed at Yembo. Before she joined the tech industry, Roxanne held positions in journalism, sales and marketing and was an attorney focused on immigration law. Her passion for technology led to her first position in the tech space as her former company’s first UX Lead. After suggesting new policies and processes for its employees, she became their first ever People Ops advocate and the rest is history! Roxanne has a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from the University of California, San Diego and a Juris Doctor from the University of Iowa, College of Law.
