Michelle Fiegehen

Michelle Fiegehen is the Founder and CEO of Yempo ("Your Employees Offshore"), a values-driven outsourcing company in the Philippines. Previously, Michelle held various leadership roles at Macquarie Group, transitioning from Division Director to Associate Director. Prior to that, Michelle worked at Energy Australia as a Manager overseeing GIS Operations and Development, Collaborative Solutions, Desktop Solutions, and Innovation Solutions. Michelle began their career at AMP as a Manager and Project Manager. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Computing in Information Systems from Monash University.
