Alison Pavey is an experienced communications professional with a robust background in internal communications and customer service. Alison has been serving as the Internal Communications Manager at Yeo Valley Farms (Production) Ltd since February 2017. Prior to this role, Alison accumulated extensive experience at Clarks from August 2008, holding various positions including Internal Communications Specialist and Communications Development Manager for the Asia Pacific and Europe Regions. Previous experience includes significant roles at DHL and Exel - DHL Supply Chain, where Alison focused on customer service within the Unilever export sector. Alison began a career at Tibbett & Britten as an Export Coordinator and started in logistics at Unilever as a Logistics Coordinator. Educationally, Alison holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Gloucestershire and completed high school at Chew Valley School.
