Becca Garland

Becca Garland possesses extensive experience in product development and account management within the food industry, particularly focusing on ice cream and desserts. Currently serving as National Account Manager and Development Manager at Yeo Valley Production Ltd since January 2007, Becca has contributed to the brand and own label offerings. Prior roles include Development Manager at Ministry of Cake Ltd, where Becca specialized in frozen baked products, and Development Technologist followed by Development Manager at Yoplait Dairy Crest, focusing on own label ice cream and desserts. Becca's career began as a Development Technologist at St Ivel, with an earlier placement student role at the same company. Educationally, Becca earned a BSc (Hons) in Food Quality and Food Science from Bournemouth University.
