Katie Hayes has over 20 years of experience in product development and innovation within the food industry. Currently serving as Innovation Manager and Development Manager at Yeo Valley Farms (Production) Ltd since October 2011, Katie has coordinated development efforts for major retailers and managed accounts for branded customers. Previous roles include Technical Sales at House of Flavours, Development Manager at Hill Station Ice Cream, and Product Development Controller at Framptons Ltd, where Katie specialized in cooked egg products, soya products, and juice brands. Early career experience includes a position as Lab Technician at Gerber Foods Soft Drinks. Katie holds a BTEC in Food Science from Cannington College and has a strong foundation in food technology and development.
