Claudio Loretz

Claudio Loretz has a diverse work experience in the travel and recruitment industries. In 1998, they worked as a Regional Sales Manager at Kuoni, where they successfully managed sales in the Northeastern and Southeastern United States until 2001. From 2002 to 2003, they served as a Sales Manager at Neue Dorint GmbH, focusing on new corporate clients in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. At Kuoni from 2004 to 2007, Claudio revived dormant business relationships and generated new sales as Manager of Leisure Accounts and New Business Development. Claudio then served as the General Manager for North America at Interhome from 2007 to 2008, where they restructured operations and identified a strategic partner. From 2009 to 2011, Claudio owned and presided over Loretz Consulting, providing sales, marketing, and business development consulting services to travel organizations. Claudio later became the General Manager for North and South America at Kuoni Global Travel Services from 2011 to 2013, overseeing sales, marketing, procurement, and operational strategies. Claudio worked as the Strategic Sourcing Manager at Friendly Planet Travel Inc. in 2014, completing a sourcing project with European service providers. Finally, they joined YER USA in 2014 as an Executive Recruitment Consultant, later becoming a Consultant Team Lead and Director of International Accounts in 2018. In 2020, Claudio was promoted to Vice President and Principal at YER USA, where they provide unique expertise and connections to clients.

Claudio Loretz pursued their education in a chronological order, beginning in 1991. From 1991 to 1993, they attended the University of Lucerne, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Tourism & Travel Services Management. Following this, in the year 2000, Claudio completed a post-graduate certificate in Management Training Course from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Finally, in 2003 to 2004, they attended the Graduate School of Business Administration Zurich (now CEIBS), focusing on Executive Business Management & Leadership.
