Kenneth Van Der Zalm

Kenneth Van Der Zalm has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and positions. Kenneth began their career in 1992 with the United Nations, serving in a Special Ops role in UNTAC Cambodia. In 1992, they also joined the Korps Mariniers, the marine corps and elite amphibious infantry unit of the Royal Dutch Navy, where they served until 1993.

In 1997, Kenneth joined Randstad as an Area Vice President, a position they held for over 13 years until 2010. During their time at Randstad, they likely gained valuable experience in leadership and overseeing operations.

Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in NIMA-B (Marketing Management) from NIMA, Nederlands Instituut voor Marketing, in 1994. Furthermore, in 1991, Kenneth earned an Associate's degree in Small Business Administration/Management from ROC Ter AA.

In terms of additional certifications, Kenneth obtained a People Manager Training certification from Krauthammer in May 2021. Prior to that, in September 2019, they obtained an Essentials of Human Resources certification from SHRM-Atlanta. In 2009, Kenneth completed Sales Training from Sandler Training. Lastly, in 2007, they obtained a certification in Lean Supply Chain Management from LeanCor Supply Chain Group, which was issued by Saint Louis University.
