Tamar Papuashvili-Epstein

Tamar Papuashvili-Epstein has extensive experience in talent acquisition and marketing. From 2019 to the present, they have worked at YER USA, initially as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and currently as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role involves assisting international companies in finding experienced candidates for key positions in the United States. Prior to this, Tamar founded the Non-Governmental Organization For a New Day in 2016. In 2017, they worked as a Sales and Marketing Analyst at Horwath HTL - USA and also completed an internship as a Marketing Intern. Tamar gained additional experience as a Marketing Consultant (Internship) at Incubate Messenger in 2016 and as a Marketing and Business Consultant (Freelance) at both Kera Ltd. and LBC Group in 2015. Tamar's earlier roles include Brand Manager at Axis Retail from 2012 to 2015 and Textile Category Manager at MAF Carrefour in 2012. Tamar began their career as a Brand Manager at Nexus House LLC from 2009 to 2011.

Tamar Papuashvili-Epstein pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in International Business from Maastricht School of Management, completing the program from 2013 to 2014. Tamar also took business courses at Caucasus University and studied Retail Management at SDA Bocconi. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Social Media Marketing for Small Business from LinkedIn in April 2018.
