Lizza Haak

Lizza Haak is a seasoned consultant in the banking sector with a diverse background in recruitment and talent management, currently serving at YER since July 2017 in various roles including Consultant Sociaal Domein, Senior Consultant Banking, and Field Manager Banking. Prior to YER, Lizza conducted research on employee absenteeism at Politie Eenheid Amsterdam during an internship in early 2017. The career began in the hospitality industry with multiple roles at Sheraton and Centerparcs de Eemhof, including Allround F&B and Front Office positions. Lizza holds a degree in Manager/ondernemer Horeca from Deltion Zwolle, along with a minor in Arbeidsrecht from Hogeschool van Amsterdam.
