Alvaro Gutierrez-Cortines

Alvaro Gutierrez-Cortines has over 20 years of work experience in the technology industry. In 1999, they began their career as a Trainee at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology. From 2000 to 2004, they held the role of Senior Support Engineer at Nagravision S.A., and then Project Manager at Revenga Ingenieros S.A. from 2004 to 2007. From 2007 to 2009, they were a DTV Consultant at HyC and a Senior Systems Integration Engineer at NDS. From 2009 to 2019, they worked at Ericsson in the roles of Head of E2E Media Lab and DTV Solution Architect. Most recently, from 2019 to 2022, they held the role of Principal Solution Architect and Head of E2E Medialab at MediaKind. In 2022, they began their current role as Senior Sales Engineer at YBVR.

Alvaro Gutierrez-Cortines completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic Systems from Universidad de Cantabria in 1996, followed by a Master of Engineering in Telecommunications from the same university in 2000.
