Naama Vinger Druckman

Naama Vinger Druckman is a seasoned Human Resources professional, currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at YES since January 2011, where contributions include strategic HR planning for the Private Customers Division and improving employee experience within the Technical Field Division. Previous roles encompass organizational development leadership, where Naama was responsible for employee performance processes and introduced the award-winning “YES community” program. Additional experience includes roles in training and development for various sectors, highlighted by a focus on women in National Service. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior Studies from The College of Management Academic Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Public Administration from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv.
