Jason Heng is an accomplished IT leader with extensive experience in various roles across the telecommunications and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Information Technology at YTL Communications Sdn Bhd since August 2011, Jason oversees critical areas including BSS/OSS, mobile applications, enterprise software, and project management. Prior positions include eBusiness Services and Group IT Architect at YTL Power International and Senior Project Manager at DiGi Telecommunications. With a Master of Business Administration from the University of Strathclyde and a BBA in Information Systems from The University of Toledo, Jason's expertise encompasses diverse aspects of IT management and project delivery, reflecting a strong foundation in both technical and business disciplines.
