Sasha Beil has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Sasha started their career in 2013 as an Officer Manager at DC Arts Center (DCAC), where they were responsible for administrative activities and managing various tasks such as bookkeeping, payroll, and grant applications. In 2014, Sasha joined the National MS Society as a Senior Specialist, Volunteer Engagement, overseeing volunteer recruitment and coordination for programs and events. Sasha later took on the role of Events Manager, Logistics, where they were in charge of planning and executing mass-market events. Sasha then joined the Yes& Agency in 2018, starting as a Senior Account Manager, before progressing to the position of Director, Account Management, and later becoming the Vice President, Account Management in April 2022. At Yes& Agency, Sasha played a key role in managing accounts and ensuring client satisfaction. Prior to that, they also founded and served as the Director of DC 9 Metropolitan Urdu Center, managing grants and organizing language initiative programs.

Sasha Beil has a Bachelor's Degree in Government and International Politics from George Mason University. They also completed courses in Strategic Planning for Nonprofit Leaders, Nonprofit Financial Management, and Nonprofit Management at La Salle University.
