Arpita Rath

Arpita Rath is an experienced professional currently serving as Assistant Vice President in the Central Data & Analytics Group at YES BANK since May 2018, where responsibilities include co-creating the business unit, managing project management office functions, and overseeing the recruitment and organizational structure. Previous roles include Senior Manager and Manager positions within the same group, focusing on various data-driven initiatives and regulatory compliance projects. Arpita gained additional experience at Capgemini as a Summer Intern and at Tata Consultancy Services as an Assistant System Engineer, contributing to software models for banking projects and managing ETL processes across global regions. Arpita holds an MBA in Operations Management from Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the College of Engineering and Technology, Bhubaneswar.
