Briston Pereira is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles. Currently serving as the Group Executive Vice President of Human Resources at YES BANK, Briston oversees HR Shared Services, HR Policy, and Program. Previous roles include Human Resources Manager at CRISIL, where responsibilities encompassed Labour Law Compliance and Employee Relations, and Assistant Manager of Human Resources at Birla Sun Life Insurance, focusing on Employee Relations and Administration. Briston's career began with instructional positions at NIIT Limited and Thomas Baptista Junior College, teaching technology and computer science. Briston holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Mumbai and a GNIIT in Information Technology from NIIT Institute, along with a B.Sc. in Physics from Vartak College.
