Oswald Cusher

Oswald Cusher has a strong background in the banking industry, with a focus on various roles and responsibilities within different organizations. Oswald began their career at ICICI Home Finance Company Limited in 2004, working as a Senior Executive in the Reconciliation Department. Oswald was responsible for tasks such as ledger preparation and ensuring the accuracy of banking entries. In 2005, they joined HDFC Bank as an Executive in the BPRG Support Desk Team, where they maintained user access management and provided branch support. Over the following years, Oswald held positions as Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager, and Manager within HDFC Bank, with responsibilities including business analysis, testing, project management, and core banking system migration. In 2015, they moved on to IDFC FIRST Bank as a Senior Manager and later became a Chief Manager, contributing to the launch of the bank's CMS module. Currently, Oswald is working at YES BANK as an Assistant Vice President and has been promoted to Vice President in the BDTS department.

Oswald Cusher began their education by completing their secondary school at St. Augustine's English High School in Vasai (West) in 1996, where they obtained their SSC qualification. Oswald then attended Thomas Baptista Junior College in Vasai from 1996 to 1998, where they achieved their HSC - Higher Secondary Certificate.

In 1998, Oswald enrolled in E.S.A College of Science in Vasai and pursued their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree. Oswald completed their undergraduate studies in Chemistry in 2001.

From 2001 to 2003, Oswald attended ST. Xavier's Technical Institute in Mahim, where they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science & Management (PGDCSM) and an Advanced Diploma in Computer Software, System Analysis, and Application (ADCSSA&A).
