Ravi Shah

Ravi Shah is an experienced professional in customer experience and service excellence, currently serving as Vice President at YES BANK since September 2021. Prior to this role, Ravi held various positions at Tech Mahindra Business Services from October 2010 to September 2021, including Operations Team Manager and Customer Service Team Lead at Wipro from October 2005 to October 2010. Early career experience includes working as a Customer Service Advisor for major clients such as American Express and FedEx in the UK and for a telecom provider at GTL Limited. Ravi holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with a focus on Finance Management from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Mumbai.
