Sandeep Mhatre is a seasoned professional in the payments and banking sector with extensive experience spanning over 18 years. Currently serving as President of Payments at YES BANK since January 2023, Sandeep previously held roles such as Head of Payments and Banking at slice and Group Executive Vice President of Digital Payments at YES BANK. Earlier experiences include significant positions at Axis Bank, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Citifinancial Consumer Finance India Ltd, and ICICI Lombard, where Sandeep contributed to the development and management of various payment products, credit cards, and customer engagement initiatives. Sandeep holds a Master of Management Studies in Marketing from K J Somaiya Institute of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Fr. Conceicao Rodrigues College of Engineering.
