Soumya Banerjee has extensive experience in the legal sector, having worked at YES BANK since February 2012, where roles have included Segment Head - Legal, Executive Vice President - Legal, Senior Vice President - Legal, Vice President Legal, Assistant Vice President, and Senior Manager. Prior to YES BANK, Soumya Banerjee interned at DLA Piper and Clifford Chance LLP in 2011 and served as Manager Corporate Legal at ICICI Bank from May 2006 to September 2010. Educational qualifications include an LLM in Finance Law from the Institute for Law and Finance (Goethe University Frankfurt), a Global Trade Certificate from ICC Academy, and a BSL LLB from ILS Law College, along with completing 12th grade in Commerce at DBMS English School.
