Julie Elkins

Julie Elkins is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in the multifamily housing sector. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer at YES! Communities since August 2015, Julie has demonstrated leadership in financial strategy and operations. Prior to this role, Julie held the position of VP, Assistant Treasurer at Apartment Investment and Management Company from July 2000 to July 2015. Julie is a graduate of the University of Colorado Denver, further solidifying a strong foundation in finance and accounting.
