Matthew Kappler, CFA, currently serves as the VP of Asset Management at YES! Communities, where responsibilities include strategic finance, asset and portfolio management, reporting and analytics, and pricing and revenue. Prior experience includes roles at KeyBanc Capital Markets as an Associate and Analyst in Real Estate Investment Banking, and at FI Consulting as a Senior Analyst and Analyst, where expertise in financial analysis and econometrics was complemented by advanced knowledge of SAS and VBA programming. Additionally, experience at Eaton Corporation as a Plant Financial Analyst involved process improvement and management reporting, while earlier internship roles with the U.S. House of Representatives and Eaton Corporation enhanced analytical and legislative skills. Matthew Kappler holds a BBA in Finance, Economics, and Political Science from Kent State University.
