Hours: 20-30 hours a week. Looking for evenings and weekend shifts.
Required Qualifications:
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
Must have a valid driver’s license and be an insurable driver
Driving record must not reflect more than two moving violations (and none for over 10 miles per hour above the speed limit) within the last three years nor any DUI’s within the last five (5) years
Must have a high school diploma or a General Equivalency Diploma (G.E.D.)
Must be a mature, responsible role model who enjoys working with youth and families
Must not appear on the child abuse registry
Must be able to lift 25 to 50 pounds and be able to stand for extended periods of time
Must pass all required drug and alcohol screenings
Must have the ability to work a variety of shifts, as needed
Preferred qualifications:
Prior experience working with youth and families
Strong work ethics
Willingness to work evenings and weekend
Skill; Requirements
Must be able to maintain strict codes of confidentiality
Adherence to all agency policies and procedures
Crisis intervention, conflict resolution, problem solving.
Good judgment and decision-making skills.
Team work, team approach.
Strong verbal, written communication skills.
Salary: $15.00-$18.75 per hour
