Arianna Clavon, SHRM-CP, is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources and recruitment. Currently serving as a Senior HRIS Specialist at YES Prep Public Schools since February 2020, Arianna has also held positions as a Talent Recruiter and Talent Assistant within the same organization. Prior roles include working at Anheuser-Busch InBev from October 2015 to April 2021 as a Production (Weekender) and Brewery Experience Team Member, as well as a Human Resources Intern at PreCheck Health Services, Inc. from December 2019 to February 2020. Arianna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Human Resource Management from the University of Houston, completed in 2019.
