Tina Nguyen

Tina Nguyen, CAPM, M.Ed., currently serves as the Manager of Student Enrichment at YES Prep Public Schools, where responsibilities include managing hiring and providing strategic support for after-school programs and student enrichment activities. Previously, Tina held instructional roles at New Caney Independent School District and Aldine ISD, achieving significant cost savings and successfully managing cross-functional teams for educational initiatives. Tina’s early career included a teacher apprenticeship at Spring Branch ISD and mentorship at the University of St. Thomas, where collaboration on projects aimed at enhancing student success was a focus. Tina holds a Master's degree in Measurement, Evaluation, Statistics, and Assessment from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of St. Thomas.
