Johanna Aebi

Johanna Aebi has a diverse work experience. Johanna started as a Praktikum Events at YES (Young Enterprise Switzerland) in April 2014. Johanna then became the Marketing- und Kommunikationsverantwortliche in September 2014 and held that position until September 2017. Johanna then took on the role of Leitung Kommunikation at YES (Young Enterprise Switzerland) from September 2017 to April 2021. Johanna transitioned to being the Leitung Kommunikation & Mitglied des Führungsteams from April 2021 to September 2022. Subsequently, they became the Stellvertretende Geschäftsführerin & Leitung Kommunikation from July 2022 to July 2023. Johanna's most recent role at YES (Young Enterprise Switzerland) is as the CEO starting from July 2023.

Prior to their time at YES (Young Enterprise Switzerland), Johanna worked at Coop as a Verkauf from April 2013 to December 2015. Before that, they held the role of CEO at Poweration from August 2010 to August 2011.

Johanna Aebi completed their Master in Marketing, Communications & Services at the University of St.Gallen from 2017 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Publizistik und Kommunikationswissenschaften (120ECTS) and Business Administration (60ECTS) from the University of Zurich from 2014 to 2017. Johanna completed their Matura in Business, Economics & Law at Kantonsschule Sursee from 2007 to 2013.
