Arjya Nathvani is an experienced marketing and growth strategist, currently serving as the Founder of Yes2Growth since December 2022, specializing as a fractional Chief Marketing Officer for early-stage companies. Prior experience includes significant roles at OYO from August 2016 to December 2022, where Arjya held various leadership positions including VP - Growth Head India and AVP - Global CRM and Retention Head, focusing on demand growth, product development, and team building across multiple markets. Arjya has also contributed to growth initiatives at Knowlarity as Associate Director of International Sales and held managerial positions at WeAreHolidays and airtel, demonstrating a consistent track record of driving revenue growth and developing sales strategies. Arjya holds a PGDBM in Marketing from XLRI Jamshedpur and a B.Tech in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology Durgapur.
