Yes2Jobs is an employment development program that prepares diverse and under resourced, high school, college and entry-level candidates for careers in media, technology, e-sports, entertainment, finance, and more.

Yes2Jobs prepares young people for the future of work through hands-on career exploration, mentorship, and real-world skill development. Our programs connect students with industry professionals while helping them build the tools and confidence needed to pursue meaningful careers.

A core part of our model is the Career Discovery module, where students learn to use structured AI to support career research, pathway exploration, and preparation for the professional world. Through guided projects, youth explore industries, research education pathways, and develop practical skills such as resume building and interview preparation.

Students also leverage project management tools, including Korgi Software, to organize their goals and track progress across key milestones—from career exploration to college research, planning, and applications. By integrating technology with mentorship and project-based learning, Yes2Jobs equips youth with the systems, strategies, and confidence to navigate their futures.

Through partnerships with schools, community organizations, and industry leaders, Yes2Jobs helps students build career awareness, professional networks, and the skills needed to thrive in a rapidly evolving workforce.
