Isaac Gallegos

Isaac Gallegos serves as the Director of Safety and Compliance at YESCO since November 2023, following an extensive career in safety and compliance roles. Isaac previously held the position of Occupational Safety and Health Officer at the State of Utah from January 2022 to November 2023, and managed site technology and security at Western Governors University from November 2018 to July 2021, where responsibilities included strategic direction for security technology and OSHA compliance. Prior experience includes roles as Safety and Security Manager at CHG Healthcare Services, District AP Manager at Sports Authority, MVS Investigator at The Exchange, and District LP Manager at Sears, Roebuck and Co. Isaac's career began at Lubbock County Correctional Facility as a Correctional Officer. Educational credentials include studies at Texas Tech University, certifications in criminal interview techniques and antiterrorism, HazMat officer training, and OSHA certifications.
