Norma Silbermintz

Norma Silbermintz has extensive experience in education, currently serving as the Coordinator of Academic Affairs for International Students for Undergraduate Men at Yeshiva University since 2006. In addition, Norma has been an Adjunct in English/ESL at the City University of New York since 1985, teaching courses in freshman composition that encompass essay writing and research writing. Previously, Norma was the English Department Chair at Yeshiva Rabbi Samson Raphael Hirsch from 1982 to June 2006, where responsibilities included teaching various grades and designing the school-wide ELA curriculum for both middle and high school divisions. Norma earned a Master’s degree in English Education from The City College of New York between 1982 and 1985.
