Rina Krautwirth is an experienced librarian currently serving as a Reference and Instruction Librarian at Yeshiva University since October 2016. Previously, Rina held the position of Editorial and Research Assistant at the American Museum of Natural History, where assistance was provided in research and editing for a project on Darwinian evolution. Rina also worked as a Circulation Desk Supervisor at The Jewish Theological Seminary, coordinating library services and supporting scholars with academic research from July 2007 to December 2015. Additional research experience includes intern roles at Columbia University Medical Center and Mount Sinai Beth Israel, where Rina conducted PCR, genotyping, ELISA, cell staining, RNA extractions, and hemocytometer counts for studies related to stroke, diabetes, and PCOS. Rina's educational background includes a Master's degree in Jewish History from Yeshiva University and a Master of Library & Information Science from Queens College, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Barnard College.
