Susan Bauer-Nelson

Susan Bauer-Nelson serves as the Assistant Vice President and Executive Director at Yeshiva University, where leadership of a dedicated team has led to record high post-graduation destination rates. With experience as Executive Director of the Shevet Glaubach Center for Career Strategy and Professional Development, as well as Interim Executive Director of the YU Career Center, Susan has successfully developed career services for undergraduate and graduate students and enhanced employer and alumni relationships. Previous roles include Senior Director of Experiential Education & Career Management at LIM College, where oversight of career services included the creation of strategic partnerships and innovative employer events. A diverse background includes earlier positions in media production and education, showcasing a robust career in career services, management, and counseling, supported by multiple degrees in education and fashion merchandising.
