Ellyn Shook

Ellyn Shook serves as Accenture's chief leadership and human resources officer, where responsibilities include guiding the professional and personal success of its 674,000 employees and transforming leadership and talent practices within the digital landscape. With a career at Accenture spanning over three decades, Shook has held various significant roles such as senior managing director of Human Resources, where Ellyn led HR centers of expertise and developed talent architecture and total rewards programs. Additionally, Shook was the global human resources lead for career and performance management and head of global compensation, playing a crucial role during the company's IPO. Shook holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University and is a graduate of Newburgh Free Academy.
