Mark Daniels is a Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer at Yesway, a convenience store chain created with the objective of acquiring and operating a portfolio of stores across the United States. Prior to Yesway, Mark spent 11 years 1 month as the Chief Strategy Officer, Managing Director, and Director of Corporate Acquisitions at Brookwood Financial Partners, LLC where they were responsible for the oversight of Brookwood's corporate investment practice. Mark led the due diligence and acquisition process and was responsible for identifying, evaluating, and recommending opportunities for investment. Mark also served on the board of directors of each portfolio company in which Brookwood invested. At Yesway, Mark is involved with all aspects of the company's operations and formulates and drives the company’s strategy, growth plans, strategic partnerships, and operational initiatives.

Mark Daniels attended Princeton University, where they received a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering in 2006. Mark also attended Princeton University as an undergraduate, studying Astrophysics, Computer Science, and Engineering Physics from 2002 to 2006. Prior to attending Princeton University, they attended CHAT from 1998 to 2002.
