Bertrand Stefani

Bertrand STEFANI serves as Legal Counsel at YesWeHack since January 2023, and previously held the same position at IKEA from April 2019 to December 2022, where responsibilities included drafting and negotiating various agreements and overseeing commercial and marketing activities. Prior to IKEA, Bertrand worked as a Data Privacy Consultant at JEMS, focusing on compliance and GDPR action planning, and held multiple legal roles at Extia and ATALIAN, managing contracts, corporate matters, and data privacy issues. Bertrand has also contributed as a voluntary treasurer for Association Jurivision. Academically, Bertrand holds multiple degrees in law from Université Bourgogne Europe, including a second year of a master's degree in Business Law, and a bachelor's degree in Law.
