Carley Pearson

Carley Pearson started their professional career as a Human Resources Intern at Chervon North America in May 2019. Carley then joined Egen in November 2020 as a People Experience Specialist and worked until August 2021. Carley currently works at YETI, where they have held multiple roles. Carley started as a Talent Operations Specialist in August 2021 and transitioned to the role of Talent Systems Specialist in February 2022. Currently, Carley holds the position of Talent Operations Analyst at YETI starting from May 2022.

Carley Pearson attended Grand Valley State University from 2016 to 2020, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Their field of study during their time at the university included Human Resource Management and Psychology. Additionally, in January 2020, Carley obtained a Bluescape Certificate from Bluescape Software.
