Mariah Achee

Mariah Achee has a diverse work experience with a strong background in talent sourcing and career coaching. Mariah currently works as a Talent Sourcer at YETI since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Google Fiber as a Sourcer from August 2021 to June 2023. Mariah also served as an MS Career Coach at the McCombs School of Business, The University of Texas at Austin, from January 2019 to August 2021. Before that, they worked as a Career Counselor and Archer Fellowship Program Campus Coordinator at The University of Texas at Austin from July 2016 to January 2019. Mariah began their career as a Welcome Center Specialist at Texas State University from October 2013 to July 2016, where they also held roles as a Career Counselor Intern and Graduate Student Counselor. Mariah briefly served as an Interim Welcome Center Coordinator at Texas State University from January 2014 to August 2014. Mariah started their professional journey as a Communications Assistant at the Greater Conroe/Lake Conroe Area Chamber of Commerce from January 2013 to August 2013. Mariah also worked as a Sales Associate at Anthropologie from November 2012 to March 2013. Overall, Mariah has demonstrated expertise in talent sourcing, career counseling, program coordination, and communications throughout their career.

Mariah Achee, MA, received their Bachelor of Art degree in Communication from Texas A&M University in 2011. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master's Degree in Professional Counseling at Texas State University, which they completed in 2016.
