Melissa S.

Melissa S. has extensive experience in IT program management, currently serving as the Sr. Director of IT PMO at YETI since November 2025. Prior to this role, Melissa held the position of Global Leader for IT Program Management at Cloudflare, where significant initiatives included establishing an Agile Center of Excellence, enhancing program management processes across corporate PMOs, and leading the adoption of tools such as Asana and Jira. With a background spanning over two decades in various technical and managerial roles at organizations like NI, Ellucian, SunGard, and Gulfstream Aerospace, Melissa has developed a strong expertise in infrastructure management, database administration, and cross-functional team leadership. Melissa holds a BA in Linguistics/Russian and an MBA with a focus on leadership from the University of Iowa.
