Wei L. is an accomplished compliance professional with extensive experience in leading and enhancing ethics and compliance programs across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Compliance at YETI, Wei provides strategic oversight for ethics, global trade, privacy, and ESG reporting. Previous roles include Vice President of Ethics and Compliance at Albertsons Companies, where Wei developed a multi-year compliance strategy for one of the largest food and drug retailers, and Vice President at Signet Jewelers, overseeing the global compliance program for the world’s largest diamond jewelry retailer. Wei's expertise spans anti-corruption, enterprise risk management, and regulatory compliance, with a strong history of implementing effective programs and providing counsel to cross-functional leadership teams at companies such as Hasbro, Mead Johnson Nutrition, and Takeda Pharmaceuticals. Wei holds a JD from DePaul University College of Law and a BA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
